Effective problem definition is critical and the basis for the development of an effective intervention strategy. The Kilgore Group will utilize the most effective and efficient analysis strategy to meet the needs of the situation. Outcome definition by the Board or Executives will form the basis for the analysis to be undertaken. Onsite interviews, surveys (both web based and paper), along with the analysis of selected documents and financial data if appropriate are some of the methods utilized to properly identify the needs. From this data a strategy will be designed and reviewed with the proper stakeholder(s).
