Webb received his undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in physics from Florida Southern College after a stint in the U.S. Navy as an electronic technician. His Master's degree in Psychodynamics of Personality and his Doctorate in Leadership Development are from the Graduate School of Theology at Claremont, California. He was ordained a United Methodist minister in 1965 and served churches in California and Florida.
Webb has over thirty five years experience working with people in organizations including small, medium and large companies, churches, community and government agencies, and associations such as the American Bar Association and the American Association of Cardiovascular Administrators. He is in demand as an executive coach, a team building facilitator, and a management skill development trainer.
He is a regular faculty member of the American Management Associations' Executive Effectiveness Course and has taught as adjunct faculty at several colleges and graduate programs, including the Advanced Judicial College of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the American Management Association, a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the Florida Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and was a founding member of the Central Florida chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.

Webb's recent clients have included Keebler Company, Square D Company and Square D/Groupe Schneider of Canada, the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives, Florida Tile Industries, Lakeland Electric and Water, the March of Dimes, and BARCO Display Systems.
Webb's strengths are evident in organizational analysis, executive coaching, and skill development of managers. Clients have commented, "we have achieved our goals far faster than we expected through your work", and "our success is due, in part, to the excellent work you have done increasing the competencies of our managers". The depth of Webb's ability was evident as he debriefed hundred's of trauma victims in the aftermath of September 11th in New York.
