These multi-state programs were designed, marketed and implemented by the Kilgore Group LLC through executive coaching, strategic planning, team building, technical assistance, organizational change, listening and communication skills training and creative problem solving.

Additionally, the Kilgore Group LLC has designed and developed customized programs in harassment and diversity and has created summer institutes for school districts.
