Kilgore is brand new in Australasia but Dr. John Savage, one of the Partners, is very well known through 20 years of visits to conduct the profoundly valuable training courses he has created in Communication (Lab 1 and Lab 2), Conflict Management and Resolution, Consultancy, Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence, Transitioning, Problem Solving, etc.
Bruce Henzell (B Surv, B Div, Dip Ed, Cert 4 T&A) long-time friend of Dr. John Savage and facilitator of his courses, is the first Australia-based Partner in Kilgore.

Kilgore’s original merger includes experience and clients in Australia and New Zealand for the last 20 years. NEXT STEP Kilgore is very careful in the selection of Partners and Associates to achieve quality consistency and mutual value. Not everyone will meet our criteria. Candidates submit a letter of interest to the President, Dr. Larry Webb, indicating what they hope to gain and what they hope to bring to a relationship with Kilgore. If he and the Board agree there is a mutual interest, they will request a resume and photo and other information. If the preliminary screening clears, a telephone interview will be arranged. If this is cleared, the person will be invited to a meeting in Australia for review. If Board members agree with the results of all this, a role of Associate or Partner may be offered.
